Frist, let’s get something out of the way … BIPLANES!
Now that we have that covered, just a quick heads up that the game schedule will get locked down Sunday the 30th at Midnight. Locking down gives us the chance to take stock on what’s getting played, when, where, by how many, and roughly for how long. With that, we start assigning tables and convention floor layout.
WHAT IF I’M JUST PLAYING A PICK-UP GAME OF ROOT OR SOMETHING? DO I NEED A TABLE FOR THAT?
Nope. We have plenty of open gaming space for folks to simply set up and play on a whim. If anything, it’s the wargamers who tend to schedule tables because of the time and size requirements associated with wargames.
WHAT IF I REALLY NEED TO SCHEDULE A TABLE AND MISS THE SCHEDULE LOCK?
